On the downside, the one-bedroom apartment I stayed in had little to no kitchenware, making that kitchenette basically useless unless you bring your own pots and pans. The bed situation was also uncomfortable, being two singles pushed together, and the pillows felt worn out. The Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, and the bathrooms showed signs of mold with ventilation issues. It was a bit chaotic during meal times, with a lack of plates and glasses leading to a rushed dining experience.

excellent central base for exploring bansko's charm
The position of this hotel was perfect, just a few steps from Pirin Street with its charming cafés and shops, and only 500 meters from the stunning Ice Rink where I enjoyed some lovely walks and fresh air. it really made the exploration of Bansko effortless and delightful, making it easy to soak in the local atmosphere and experience the unique blends of culture, cuisine, and nature.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and nicely cleaned, which was ideal for our family with children. The spa facilities were quite enjoyable, providing a warm and inviting pool area perfect for relaxation after a day out. the kitchenette lacked basic cookware, making it less functional than expected, and the breakfast options could use more variety for better satisfaction.

the location is pretty sweet, just a short walk to the gondola. rooms are clean and tidy. enjoyed the nice massage service too, it was relaxing for sure. there's free wifi in the lobby, which is handy when it works. overall, it feels comfortable enough for a short stay.
but the staff seemed kinda unhelpful when we asked for extra towels and the breakfast options were really limited and not that tasty.
